breathing calmly

I am a almost 40 single mom who just finished graduate school at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpenteria California, majoring in psychology.  I work as a social worker at a mens prison in California and I am also a therapist intern, trying to get my hours to get licensed as an MFT. Born and raised in Southern California, a beach and city girl…..active with bodybuilding, yoga, pilates, running, hiking, mountian biking and surfing and kayaking.  Love the sun and love to be outdoors.  An avid reader and learner, pastimes include reading, art, musuems, plays, music, learning and having dinner parties with good conversation and philosophies shared.  Hard working, disciplined, clean eating, excess-avoiding, balanced individual who believes in being both strong and supple with mind, body and spirit.  Rasised by older parents with a wide range of siblings, age is not a factor to me.  Raising my son solo, with help from his father, my ex, who is a poor husband but an excellent father.  Wanting my son to be thoughtful, caring, wise, giving, strong and capable…….Excited for the future and fearless in all things.
